Bupa Health Dialog
Together4Health Director Gillian Gibbons has worked with Bupa Health Dialog on various projects over a two year period.
Initially retained to co-ordinate the merger between Bupa Commissioning and Health Dialog, Gillian was asked to step in to fulfil an interim role for the newly formed Bupa Health Dialog.
The Marketing Communications Manager on a significant NHS account had left the business so it was initially agreed that essential cover would be provided three days a week for a two to four month period while the Business recruited a full time replacement.
However, it soon become clear that this was an opportunity to reconsider the organisational structure and to assess what resource that the Business needed most, rather than making a straightforward replacement.
Gillian was able to offer flexibility in extending the role beyond the initial period and this provided Bupa Health Dialog ‘breathing space’ to recruit to a newly defined role that will enhance the service the Business provides.
